Universal Yoga is all about creating a practice that’s just for you.
Our phones are ringing, our emails are pinging and our growing to-do lists are bringing us more stress than ever before. Connection is so vital for our health and happiness, but we’re plugged in, switched on and whirring away… How can we find the time, and the headspace, to fully reconnect?
One-to-one yoga classes bring all the restorative benefits of yoga to you. An individual session means we can work with your schedule, body type, and ability level, using tailored yoga to perfectly suit and support you.
We work with your unique needs, meeting you where you are.
Get in touch below for in-home sessions just for you: we offer classes online, as well as in Kingston, NY and surrounding areas in the Hudson Valley.
We can’t wait to begin your journey with us!
Universal Yoga was created by Jess Strunk with the belief that yoga is for everyone, and every body... and that yoga is truly universal, shared and relevant to all of us.
Inclusivity has always been incredibly important to Jess, and Universal Yoga one-on-one sessions work with a rhythm that’s suited not to a group, but to you as an individual. Supporting all body types, abilities and vulnerabilities opens up our classes to everyone, at a time that suits them… here in the Kingston NY area, or wherever in the world you are.
Our classes combine a number of yogic styles, from traditional hatha to therapeutic yoga, so that you can find self-care, self-regulation, and radical self-love too.
We work with professionals, homemakers and creatives of all kinds – and it would be our privilege to join you too!
To begin our practice together, drop us a call or email so that we can talk through your individual concerns and you can get a feel for how we work and to see if we’d be a great fit.
We’ll book in an introductory session with you, either in your home or online, so we can explore how we can meet your needs and what you’d love most from a yoga practice.
We can then work with each other to create your yoga plan, so that you can practice once, twice or three times a week – with tailored sessions just for you.
